Getting to know you... ...and your trees in person, on site, without distractions.

The quickest way to book your tree care is to fill out the form so that our managers can give their full attention to you instead of the phone.

Are we a great match?

Wondering what to expect? Find out if we're the company for you.

Why do I have to fill out this booking form?

Firstly, we want to provide our clients with the continuity of dealing with one manager throughout their project. It’s important to us that you don’t have to explain your needs repeatedly to different people.

Secondly, our managers want to give their full attention to the clients they are serving that day rather than being interrupted by the phone or spending their evenings returning calls (after all, we value the life part of work-life balance for all our people).

Instead of leaving a voicemail, you’ll enter all of your contact info on the form so we have your name (correctly spelled) and your site address, and you’ll have an email back with a scheduled estimate date within 2 business days.

On estimate day, you will be the client benefitting from the undivided attention of the manager writing your proposal.

How much is this going to cost? What's your hourly rate?

We like to give you a solid number that you can depend on. That means, unless the scope changes during the job, you'll pay what you were quoted and there will be no surprises.

The time to complete a job can vary greatly depending on the skill set and experience of the crew. We have crew members with many years of experience that can perform highly technical work quickly. Though they may be able to do the work quickly, they also have the expertise to do the work safely which is more important than how long the job takes.

We also have staff who are learning the craft of arboriculture and may need extra time to receive mentorship and complete tasks to the appropriate standards. We don't expect you to pay extra for the people who are learning.

As such, we provide costs for the end product, not for the number of hours it may take.

What happens when you give us a proposal?

We like to spend some time discussing the scope of the project and the options you have. We want to understand the full scope of the project so we can help you problem solve. Once we have shared all your options and answered your questions, we like to clearly write the plan down and provide prices for you to consider. Where necessary, we will provide different priced options to choose from or break down the work into priority levels so it can be budgeted over several years.

If you choose to proceed with us, we will schedule your work as soon as possible, though it is important to understand that jobs often have to be rescheduled. Your estimator will ask you for any days that won’t work for you. You will receive an email with your schedule date and with any notes for the big day so you can be prepared.

Can you come on Saturday?

Sorry, no.

We care deeply for our people. They work hard all week and we hope they spend their down time with the people they love doing the things they love. We don't expect any of our team to work evenings or weekends.

Will the price change during the job?

No, we don't like surprises. The price on your proposal is the price you'll pay - unless you make changes.

Change your mind about hauling away firewood?

Decide to remove that little maple instead of prune it?

If you ask us to change anything on the day of the job from what was originally proposed, the price will change. We will be sure to discuss this with you, as it happens, so you don't end up with sticker shock when you get your invoice.
